Keep your body on it’s toes!

Do you find that after a while of training your body seems to plateau?

9 times out of 10 this is due to your body getting to used to a routine, so you don’t find it as challenging as it used to and your body isn’t working as hard as it needs to in order to progress.

THIS IS WHEN IT IS TIME TO MAKE A CHANGE TO YOUR ROUTINE!!!

Include some different techniques, change up your 10 minutes on each piece of cardio equipment to some interval training and start using kettlebells or a TRX. Make your workout exciting!

This is when having a personal trainer can be worth the money. After my years in the industry I have learnt vast amounts of training techniques and different exercises that will help keep your body on it’s toes. I have learnt of many different trainers and colleagues and I am always learning new things to pass on. A good personal trainer is able to make a workout exciting and keep you enjoying yourself, so there is less chance of you giving up.
