My name is Aaron. I am a level 3 personal trainer

My education has been based around the leisure and fitness sector, So I have a wide range of knowledge on different aspects when it comes to training.

I have played various sports which all use different areas of fitness skills to excellent in these range from karate, football to rugby.

My training I focus alot on power lifting using the 3 main compound movements of deadlifts, squats and bench press . I feel incorporating these exercises into any training programme you will be able to hit your fitness goals whatever they are.

In my sessions with clients I always try to make it fun and challenging to push them to a limit which will help achieve there goal
