Although I have expertise in all aspects of fitness training my back ground is running and kettlebell training I have extensive experience in both areas which is an excellent base for both general fitness and endurance training. I decided to become a personal trainer when the opportunity arose as it is my dream job and I really enjoy when my clients reach goals they previously thought were unobtainable.
