Brian Richmond is an experienced and motivating Personal Trainer, Sport Massage Therapist and Group Fitness Instructor. With over 20 years in the fitness industry, Brian has worked with many different ages and fitness levels, from being a school PE teacher to working with marathon runners and residents in a retirement care home. His passion, knowledge and experience in health and fitness has led him to adopt a 3-dimensional functional approach in his training style, focusing on developing core stability and mobility while understanding and improving human biomechanics resulting in a tailored, effective and efficient training method delivering real results.

Brian was born in Grenada, trained and certified in the US and moved to London in 2004. He injects energy, charm, knowledge, charisma and motivation to every session, making personal training with him a pleasurable, hard working and fun experience. Session description
My sessions aim to utilise the natural movement of the body to easily and efficiently help clients attain their desired goals.. With my extensive experience of training individuals and groups in resistance training, circuit training, aerobics, weights, boxing, yoga, aquatic fitness and core training both indoors and outdoors, clients can be assured that their programme will be bespoke and cater to their needs.
