Over the years my passion for fitness has evolved from being primarily centred around the physical, to also understanding the importance of developing a healthy mind. Mind and body must work together in order to attain complete overall health.
On my fitness journey I have developed myself through training and self studies, I want to encourage my clients to develop an understanding of what they are doing and why. I understand that changing your lifestyle is not going to happen overnight and I don’t expect it to, real change and sustainable change comes from making realistic goals for the individual.
My training process involves designing specific workouts aimed to best meet the needs of my clients. This requires a team effort and takes account of your goals, strengths, weaknesses and body requirements.
I have experience in all training types, but have a very keen interest in toning, strength training and muscle gain. I believe that the best results come when my client enjoys the training process and, to ensure that, I feel it is important to develop an open and trusting relationship. With the right help, support and a little determination, I guarantee my clients will reach their fitness goals in no time.
