Fitness should be fun! That is why I make my sessions as fun as they are rewarding, within this I aim to spark a fire in you to enjoy fitness and help you to develop an understanding of exercise.

Whatever your goal is I can tailor a plan that is appropriate for your needs. I am happy to train you whatever your goal is however I specialise in women’s fitness.

I operate out of a private fitness studio- no gym membership is necessary.
