Do you want to lose weight, reduce body fat, rehabilitate an injury or improve performance for a sport/event? I have over 5 years of experience in helping clients to achieve their goals through personal training & small group training. With my specialist knowledge we will enhance your health, fitness & appearance.

I use a variety of training techniques and functional equipment (Boxing, Kettlebells, TRX, ViPR) to deliver varied workouts specifically tailored towards your goal. In addition to personal training you’ll benefit from monthly health checks, personalised training programme’s and nutritional plans.
