Fitness has been a constant part of my life for many years. I initially joined a gym to lose weight and become healthier, but since then I have transformed my life. I discovered my passion for strength training and bodybuilding, losing 25 kilos of fat in the process.

I specialise in strength and conditioning, functional training and nutritional advice, and now want to use the knowledge I have acquired over the years to help others achieve their goals through efficient work-outs and nutritional advice. I believe anybody can be fit and healthy, regardless of weight and shape.

I’m a very empathetic and motivational trainer and am invested in the success of every one of my clients. I care about you and your struggles and want to be a helping hand for you. I will give you 100% and expect the same from you.

  • Level 3 Diploma in Fitness Instructing and Personal Training
  • Level 2 Diploma in Health and Fitness
  • Level 2 Award in Emergency First Aid at Work
