Having spent several years working as a Personal Trainer and Fitness Consultant in various gyms and leisure centres, I established Train with Lauren Personal Training in ****.
Over the past few years, I have worked with clients of varying fitness levels with ages ranging from 14-71, to help them achieve their specific goals.
I am highly qualified with a Reps Level 3 qualification in Personal Training, as well as qualifications in gym instruction, Spin (indoor cycling), Circuit Training, Boot Camp, Sports Nutrition and Gym based boxing.
My home gym in Laindon, Basildon is equipped with a vast selection of equipment such as a Treadmill, Rowing machine, upright bike, X-trainer, maxi-climber,dumbbells, kettle bells, reebok decks, multi gym, Viprs, power bags, abs balls, Swiss balls, mats, body pump sets, Bosu and slam balls, punch bags plus a whole lot more.
I have always had a passion for exercise and been an avid fitness enthusiast all of my adult life, knowing all too well that exercise and nutrition go hand in hand when deciding to lose weight, regain strength and reshape your body. Whatever your age or current level of fitness, and whatever your overall health and fitness objectives, using a personal trainer can be extremely motivating and rewarding and can really put the enjoyment back into exercise. Undoubtedly, you will achieve better and faster results than if you were left to your own devices.
