I am a fully qualified and insured personal trainer based in Harrow (theGym Harrow on the hill).
With over 6 years experience in personal training, I have experience with training beginners who have never stepped in a gym all the way through to athletes preparing for competitions. From the age of 17 training and staying healthy has been amongst my highest priorities. During my journey I developed my knowledge in different training techniques, working with different clients and studying in depth about the bodies workings and anatomy. I apply my extensive knowledge in this field with every client to make sure they receive varied methods of training to maximise results!
I am very flexible with timings and I can cater to people looking to train during the early mornings (7-10am), afternoons (1-4pm) and evenings (7-10pm); weekends included.

My primary training is based in theGym at Harrow on the hill; I also do home visits depending on your goals and training objectives. I cover HA1-7 and I am able to come to your place of convenience (home gym, office, park etc) for training (weight loss, endurance and stretching only)

Take your training with you wherever you go! Your progress, nutrition, workouts, measurements will all be handled using an app on your smartphone where you can constantly keep in touch with me regarding your training so there’s no need to worry about lots of paperwork- simple, effective and efficient!
