I am a Level 3 Personal trainer and boxing instructor who is passionate about fitness and working with people. For me the most rewarding part of my work is helping my clients achieve their goals and change their lives for the better. I strongly believe that where the mind leads the body follows, so keeping my clients motivated and focused throughout (and after!) their fitness journey is one of my main priorities. Whatever your fitness goal, be it to improve your general fitness, lose body fat and gain lean muscle, tone and shape up and/ or improve your body confidence we will achieve it together.
Fitness and exercise should be challenging and fun, it should keep you stimulated both mentally and physically and give you the feel good factor after training. This is why I will always keep my sessions fun and varied, making sure that each session makes a difference and takes us another step closer to your goals.
I have a martial arts background since and have trained in Karate, Ninjutsu and Kickboxing since a very young age. I still continue to train boxing, kickboxing and Muay Thai. Since **** I have travelled to Thailand 3 times to train in Tiger Muay Thai, I have trained with some of the most accomplished Thai fighters in order to learn new techniques and improve my skill. Most of the cardio element in my PT sessions is inspired from Muay Thai and boxing.
