I am a holistic coach specialising in movement, posture and mindfulness.
We will train to give you a body which looks good, feels good and moves well. Drawing from variety of disciplines from primal movement, yoga, kettlebells and calisthenics, training will keep you constantly learning and give you a diverse, useful body. Mindfulness and breath work, alongside nutrition guidance, gives you the motivation and drive to be successful in all aspects of life, extending beyond the gym.
I specialise in movement correction, bringing you away from pain and stiffness into a mobile body. By understanding your body and the way it moves, you’ll improve your posture, reduce risk of pain/ injury and give you confidence when exercising.
Train 1-1, in a small group, in the gym or outdoors. Whatever helps you enjoy moving!
