Hi, I’m Vlad

I have been involved in fitness, my own training and development for years and I know how hard is to go alone. This is how I found that my aim is to empower others and help them take up challenges they would never consider alone. Fitness and wellness like any journey must be taken one step at a time. With dedication and commitment to a healthier lifestyle, you will see that there is no limit to your goals. My mission is to support and guide you.

Your workouts with me will be challenging, exciting, and fun, but also easy to adopt and maintain. My coaching method focuses on general fitness and strength training, lean muscle mass growth, body sculpting, nutrition & weight management, weight loss, body toning for women, core conditioning, and flexibility. You will also learn how to improve your self-esteem, energy and enthusiasm about other goals you want to achieve. Training is not about becoming a new you; it is about becoming a better version of yourself. I would be thrilled to be part of your journey.
